My Arcsoft Scangear is not functioning like it used to

My Windows 7 64 bit system was recently attacked by a trojan virus and Avast has just deleted it.  My problem now is, I use Arcsoft Scangear 5 for scanning documents and images, I can now only scan one process then I have to restart the program to scan again.  Could my antivirus deleted some components of Arcsoft Scangear?

Hello,

Yes it could be due to virus attack on your, However I would suggest you to look for a any update by Acrsoft , Which could be blocked by the firewall, After doing all these things, If you still don't find the solution then, Simply reinstall the software and scan the file tension free,
