My computer Freezes i don’t know why

Hi everyone ,

I am facing some problems with computer Shut Down. When I press Shut down, it just freezes (Wallpapers takes off).

Please, tell me what to do? Any help !!

This can happen for less physical memory or in short, you can say RAM. If your RAM is not enough then this type of problem occurs. So you need to see how much physical memory is available for your computer. Just do it this way; start menu—accessories—-system tools—-system information.

If you find less than 200 MB is available then it’s a great problem for you. You can enhance availability by uninstalling your software. Or you can use cc-cleaner for this purpose.

If after all these you are still facing the problem,  then your computer is attacked by virus. Then you should use Antivirus software to find and kill the virus.

If you are still facing the problem, then you should re-install your Windows and format your hard drive.  If you still continue  facing the problem then you should buy a RAM.  I can assure  you that you would not face the problem next time if you fix the RAM.

Hello,

You must check your computer if it is infected with any virus and install an Antivirus on your computer.  You also may update your existing Antivirus and then after that, simply scan the system. Wait for a few minutes before finishing the scan.  If there are any findings of  infected virus on your computer, click the heal from Antivirus option.

If it is still not functioning at all, maybe your windows is tainted and then go to the task manager.  Press alt+ctrl+delete and then select the performance.  You can see the routine of your computer.  If it is runs properly and then click the Resource Monitor to realize the check is the perfect processor.
