You should have fixed them and try to remove or repair by using recently updated good antivirus program. You can also make boot time scan because of some viruses work during boot time. Sometimes it is difficult for any antivirus program to find harmful viruses at the runtime so the boot time scan is better than a runtime scan.

The other reason is there are so many harmful software that can make the slow appearance. Try to remove recently added software, if you think they are harmful to your system. Sometimes there are so many startup programs load with the boot time you should uncheck them if you don’t want and remove unused programs.

1. Your computer may have attacked by any virus. Do you have any anti-virus? If you don't have any, please download one. You can download AVG, Norton or McAfee anti-virus software. Then scan your whole computer using this. If any problem found, remove that with your anti-virus.

2. Sometimes computer becomes much slower because of unnecessary files. Install any PC cleaner software like cleaner and remove those files.

3. You may have some backdated programs. Update your programs. You will find updates option in the Control Panel of your computer.

4. You can upgrade your RAM to 2GB. This will help to increase the speed of your computer.
