My computer won’t connect to the internet

Why is my computer not connecting to the internet? I run “ipconfig /all” in the Windows command prompt, the IP address and the submask address is 10.53.26.84 and 255.255.255.0 respectively. I also ping the server, which is also working perfectly, but when I pinged the server name, it fails. Where do I go from here? How can I restore my internet connection?

Hello Donald G Gibbons,   First of all check are you properly connected to your Internet Service Provider or not. If there is Alright in connection. Then check the connectivity with "PING" command in command prompt. Also if there is no error in packages and every package reaches to you, Then just restore the connection setting. I think this should be worked for you,
