My Cricket ZTE Muve music has a virus

My ZTE has a virus and wont completely load, it stays at loading screen and wont load home page i was told it has a virus. Does anyone know how i remove virus without the phone on its home page?

Greetings, 

 

There are several ways to delete a virus in a mobile phone, here are some of it :

1. You should connect your device to your computer, and scan your device with your computer anti virus, it should helped you to remove the virus from your mobile phone.
2. Literally you could back up your phone data first with a computer and then doing a factory restore of your device software. After it finished, you could restore your data to the phone.
