Hello fellows,

My dell webcam center does not work.

How can I fix this kind of problem, I just formatted my computer and switch to windows 7 64 bit operating system from windows vista it is working fine when it is still in my vista operating system but now that I switched to windows 7 64 bit it seems like it is not working anymore.

Can you give me the best solution regarding this issue?

Hi,

It seems to be the problem of inappropriate driver of webcam has been installed in your laptop.

You should look for the webcam software of your laptop model for Windows 7 64 in the Internet.

The official site is more trustworthy for the drivers.

Other addresses may offer you the compatible driver.

Hi

I am assuming you have not installed the drivers after you have formatted your windows.

It is necessary to reinstall all the drivers once you have formatted your operating system and besides that when you have formatted your windows the software that came with your computer for the webcam might have been deleted.

The solution to your problem is that you have to check if the drivers are installed properly if not then follow this link:

And from there find out your computer model and download the necessary driver for your webcam.

Another thing you can try to do if the above doesn’t work for you. Go to this link:

And download the software and then check out the webcam if it works or not.
