My display has a black border

Hello there! I acquired a new HD monitor for my HP Desktop. The ordeal is that when I start working on it I saw that the image does not culminate the entire display there is a black border, around the outside of the desktop. How will I be able to correct this? Tried on it the other CPU and got the same result.

My display has a black border

It is a normal error. Try navigation menus to monitor. It may help you to resolve this error. If it doesn’t take any changes and problem remains still then contact reseller to change it or fix it.



You may contact with a monitor engineer to change the picture tube or adjust the same of the monitor.
