My Excel 2010 experienced a serious problem with ‘sas’ add-in

Hi guys,

My Excel 2010 has encountered an awful problem. It is remaining at the position attached below.

 

Mentionable that Microsoft Office 2010 and SAS Enterprise Guide 5.1 is running with the machine.

 

I tried several ways to get a remedy but no result. 

 

 

I clicked on cancel button. This time I received the error message as under.

 

Have you any idea for this serious problem? 

 

Please help.

My Excel 2010 experienced a serious problem with ‘sas’ add-in

Hallo Aldo,

To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• You will need to uninstall SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add-ins for Office 2007 from the computer.
• And then restart Excel 2010. In case you see the error message again, just click No and then exit Excel 2010.
• After that restart Excel 2010 again. Ensure that the error message does not appear, and then exit Excel 2010.
• And then install the updated version of SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add-ins.
