My FaceBook profile has encountered a problem

Hi guys,

My Facebook profile has encountered a problem. After log in I found everything ok. However, while clicking on Questions I received a warning: 'Oops something went wrong'. After that, I received an error message. I have no idea for those errors occurred with my account. It has stopped working throwing the error message. How can I get a remedy of this issue?

Please help.

Try below options

Check your internet connection is working fine. If your internet connection is working fine most probably the issue might not be in your side could be a server or application issue on Facebook.

Still you can try below option

Logout from your profile and login again.

Login later time and check.

Try to click on similar links in your profile and if every time you gets the same error message finally you should contact Facebook support.

Hi,

it is not your computer problem, it is your session expired.

You will need to be, Clear your cookies and restart the internet browser. Reload the scorecard page with shift+Reload to bypass net browser cache.

Thanks guys. Toni Linscomb, I want to thank you especially for your great solution. This is because your solution helped me to solve this problem. I have followed your every advice and now I can’t see the error message any more. I am working in my favourite Facebook easily now without any problem.
