Hi Experts,
My favorite Chrome OS Recovery Tool has encountered an internal error.
I go through the log files mentioned in the error message but found nothing. Look at the error message below.
How can I get a remedy of this issue?
If you have any idea, please help.
Thanks in advance.

Hello Hall,
Could you try this please:
-
On your computer, right click the file, and the choose Properties.
-
After that click the Change button.Â
-
When the Open With box comes up, you will need to Browse and then go to C:Windows and click on explorer.Â
-
After that choose Open, followed by OK, OK, OK.
Regards,

Hi Allen,
Well this is a general error message returned by Chrome OS Recovery Media so the temporary file (Cro2BBa.tmp) will be the starting point of this problem.
This is highly caused to the blocked image (tmp file) downloaded but not applied to your SD card. In order to fix this you must first:Â
– Download the WinImage program (http://www.winimage.com/download.htm)
– Install it
– Open and go to Disk=> “Restore Virtual Hard Disk image on physical drive “ option
– Now select you removable SD card
– Select All files from the drop-down control (in Open File dialog) and brow to the Cro2BBa.tmp file (displayed in your image)
– Overwrite the disk (if asked by WinImage) and you will be all set.
Now you should be able to restore your settings.
Thank you for your time,
Aabel
