Hi,

My FPS Creator has encountered a problem. While designing a first person shooter game I received an error message.

Have a look at the error message below.

I uninstalled the program and installed it again but no result.

How can I get a remedy on this issue?

Is it a compatibility issue?

Please help.

My FPS Creator has encountered a problem

Hi,

You need to upgrade your FPSCreator into the new version. The latest version is now available. The changes include the Model Packs can able to add additional files to the weapon folders.

The build game is now also includes all the non TGA files from the weapon folder required.

My FPS Creator has encountered a problem

Hello King Lopezs,

Another solution to your problem is to update your GPU drivers to the latest version. Updating it solves many issues. To download the newest drivers, firstly you have to know your GPU vendor.

Basically there's two of them NVIDIA and ATI/AMD.

Once you find out what your graphics card you can download appropriate drivers for it.

Just don't forget to uninstall old drivers first.

My FPS Creator has encountered a problem

Before using or even downloading FPS Creator, check that your computer meets the requirements. FPS Creator supports Windows 2000 and Windows XP (Home or Professional edition). Windows 98, Windows Millennium, and older are not supported.

It requires 1 GHz Intel Pentium 3 or faster processor, 512 MB RAM, 1.4 GB free space, Microsoft DirectX 9.0c-compatible video card with at least 64 MB video RAM and Shader 1.0 support, and sound card. You can download the latest version from GitHub: FPS Creator Classic. FPS Creator was developed by “The Game Creators Ltd”, formerly called “Dark Basic Software Limited”.

It is a British software house based in Macclesfield, England which specializes in software for video game development. The Game Creators Ltd was created in March 1999 through a partnership between programmers Richard Vanner and Lee Bamber. The Game Creators decided to release “FPS Creator” as “FPS Creator Classic” in February 2016 which also includes many free model packs.
