Google earth is a software which help us to check the latest places and old places while its an satellite program which must have online support. So in your case i think you might not have the internet connectivity while let me tell you Google earth software cannot be run without internet connectivity so try to check your internet connection also. While if your have the internet connectivity properly and your software is showing the same problem then try to check software preferences may be your software not installed properly try to upgrade or re-install the software also.
Dear Azhar,
There are many versions of Google earth some of it needs an internet connection and others do not need. You can watch Google earth without an internet connection at all. But when you are using a version that needs an internet connection make sure that your connection is working properly.
If you have done this make sure you are not adjusted your browser to work offline check this from tools menu.
If you still have the same problem the error may come from the firewall or you protection software you will find useful information on Google help on this link to adjust your firewall.
Hi,
I can help you fix the issue with Google Earth on your computer. I suggest you to follow these steps:
>> Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and you are able to browse websites.
>> Please check whether your Firewall is blocking the Google Earth program. You’ll need to create a new rule in your Firewall to allow the Google Earth application. To know how to do this, take a look at the image below. You’ll need to go to the Control Panel.
>> If this does not fix the issue, update your Google Earth application to the latest version. You can download the latest version from the Google Earth webpage.
>> This should fix the issue with Google Earth on your computer.
Just in case you experience the same issue, you can contact the Google support to fix the issue.
Thanks and regards,
Skarbos Jay.
If you are using Google Earth and you are frequently bugged by the message, “Google Earth is unable to contact login server”, try changing the network setting. This solution works on Macintosh and should also work in Microsoft Windows. On Mac, the solution was to disable “SOCKS Proxy” in network settings. On Windows, since we don’t have this option, try disabling your Firewall for the meantime.
If you have an internet security, try to disable the program’s built-in firewall to allow Google Earth to freely connect to the server. If this doesn’t work, in Google Earth, launch the repair tool in the “Help” menu then close Google Earth. In the repair tool, select “Restore Default Settings” then clear the cache.
