My hard disk is 320 GB and it's almost full but unfortunately after I delete all my files on my computer, it seems that there is no deleted files because it pertains it's size on my HDD. What was the problem on this? A bug?

Hi,

There is a problem with your Hard Disk. Go to My Computer Window. The drive you want to check, right click on it and select Properties. Click on Tools tab and select Error Checking. Click Check Now. The drive may require Administrative Password. Insert Administrative Password. It may also require Confirmation. Then submit Confirmation. Now select Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors from the dialog box.

Click Start. It will take several minutes considering the memory of your Hard Disk and it will indicate the bad sector of your Hard Disk. However, do not run any program during checking the drive. Get your drive defragment after error checking.

I hope you understand it.

Thanks.

Hello Gerald Calix,

To recover hard drive error, I will suggest you to start scan disk on your hard drive. If error does not recover then try to optimize and defragment your drives.
