My ipod is not running mp4s-need help

Hello,

I have recently bought an i-pod and it was working perfectly until now. Recently it is not running mp4 anymore. I have tried restarting it but it is no use. Should someone one know what the problem is please kindly let me know.

Hello,

To solve this problem, you should use the iTunes first to convert a file to a compatible format. After that procedure, you will be able to play the videos on your iPod smoothly. Here’s How;

Steps;

1. Open iTunes Program
2. Go to File menu
3. Select “Add to Library.”
4. A new window will pop-up, then go the location of the MP4 file you like to add, select it then Click “Choose”
5. Click on “movies” in the main ITunes window then highlight the file that you added.
6. Go to “Advanced” menu at the top and select the “Create iPod or iPod Version. “
7. After that, The selected MP4 file will be converted to be compatible with iPod Devices.
8. Then, connect your iPod to your computer using it’s USB cable.
9. Sync your iPod with your Video library in order to transfer the converted file to the iPod’s hard drive.
10. Now you can play it on your iPod by going to “Videos” and then use click wheel to select the file. Right away, the video will begin playing on the Screen.
