Hello Daniel,
There are many aspects why your Internet is not working even though you already re-install your network card.
I will provide you some steps to solve the problem, see instructions below.
Check Local Area Connection Status and IP-Address if it’s valid.
o   Go to Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet connection.
o   Network and Sharing Center, Change Adapter Settings.
o   LAC should say network if it’s connected, right click, status, details.
o   Look for IPv4 addresses and check if valid IP-Address.
o   Contact your ISP to verify.
Check browser settings, proxy should not have a check.
o   Open Internet Explorer.
o   Go to Tools, Internet Options.
o   Click Connections Tab, LAN settings
o   Use a proxy server settings should not have a check.
Try Ping a website.
o   Start, type CMD in the search field then press enter.
o   Type ping http://search.url.com/ then enter.
o   If it has reply, means the Internet is OK and you need to disable your firewall.
If everything fails, you need to contact your ISP for further assistance.

Hi Daniel,
Have you called/asked or consulted your ISP (Internet service provider) about this issue?
Make sure all connections are properly connected with each other, from phone to modem, router and computer.
Also make sure there is no problem with your modem and network card. Make sure all need lights are working. Make sure no wires are broken. If there is nothing wrong with the ISP connection, yes your internet connection might be corrupted.
If you have any PC security, anti-virus. Internet security or firewall. I recommend you to try disabling them. Reboot and try if internet connection returns. Re-enable them after.
Best of Luck

Hello dear,
There are many reasons for this problem. I will give you some solutions here. First of all, check that your LAN Card is working well. Type "devmgmt.msc" and press enter.
It will open a device manager.
See if the yellow question mark has appeared on the face of network card. If it appears, then install the driver of the LAN card. Visit this website for this.
Then check your network connection. Is the wire that connects you to the network is working?
I hope this fixes your problem.
Thanks.
