It looks like your keyboard is stuck. If it is brand new, you can bring it back to the store where you bought it and ask for a replacement. I'm sure you still have the warranty. Or it may be a "sticky keys" problem. If sticky keys accidentally turned on, the windows modifier keys will be stuck twice. Type the sticky key twice to unstick it. Let's say you are having problem with the @ button, try to press it twice. Or as a last resolution, try to log off or reboot your computer to turn the sticky keys off.

Dear User,
Please try these steps to fix your problem,
First make sure that the problem is not with the keyboard by simply connecting another keyboard,
If the problem still exists, then try a different keyboard with different port. For an example. If you did use a PS/2 keyboard, then try a USB keyboard
And also you can scan your pC for viruses.
If none of that fixes your problem. I would suggest you to re install your Operating System.
Thank you

If you have a problem with your keyboard like it displays different characters, first thing you need to do is check your default input language because this is the default language that your keyboard is using. If the input language is defaulted to a different language and not English, the buttons on your keyboard will generate different characters.
To fix the problem, click “Start”, “Control Panel” then “Region and Language”. If you don’t see this, set view to “Small icons”. In “Region and Language” window, go to “Keyboards and Languages” tab then click “Change keyboards”. In “Text Services and Input Languages” window, in “General” tab, select “English (United States) – US” as the “Default input language” then click “OK” all throughout.
If this doesn’t work, try using another keyboard. If the problem doesn’t appear when using a different keyboard, replace your keyboard with a new one.
