 Dear Experts,
I need help in giving full access permission to other users to my mailbox. We are using Exchange 2010 and my mailbox would not appear on their Outlook even after being given full access permission. Using Shell and Console did not help. Is there another way to do it? Thanks!

My mailbox not appearing on Outlook after given full access permission
According to your question you have clearly stated that you have granted them access, I am not sure if they added your exchange mail to their outlook. This is what will enable them see your mails each time they open their outlooks. You should also ensure you have granted them folder visibility permission, on the root's folder on the exchange mail.
To grant folder visibility follow this steps on the tools menu click account settings, then on the list click exchange account type, then click change. Click more settings then advanced tab, click add and in the mailbox add the name of the person you want to add.Â
