My Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook has encountered a problem. It is throwing an error message frequently.

To resolve that issue, you will need to transfer messages from the [email protected] inbox to the [email protected] using the outlook rule. In the event that you are familiar with creating rules, you will need to go ahead and then setup a rule to run when you receive messages through a specified account.Â

This problem is related to Outlook configuration. With the default configuration of Outlook, you can only track inbox email messages from your default Outlook mailbox. When you try to track email messages from a sub-folder in which you already moved you emails that are in different mailbox, definitely you will face the error. This error also can be occurred due to IMAP4 mailbox.
