My motherboard is beeping in random interval

When using my computer, I am hearing a very annoying noise from my CPU. It seems like it is coming from my motherboard. Some times there is no noise and then it will randomly beeps again. I noticed that this issue more likely occurs when playing games and doing multiple tasks. The beep will go louder as the tasks are getting heavier. I haven't tried to read the temperature yet. But I tried to dedicate the programs to specific cores but it doesn't work. Please help me in resolving this random beep interval that I am encountering.

My computer is running an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2GHz, Gigabyte GA – 78LMT – S2P, 4GB G-Skill DDR3 RAM, XFX ATI Radeon HD 4550 and Western Digital 500GB.

The way you have expressed your issue, beeping at random timing, often after hours and louder when you are performing computation intensive task indicates to only one thing.

That is your computer is being overheated for some reason.

For this you might want to check the cooling fan is working or not, if not you might need to change it, for which I would advice to contact some hardware consultant or if you are geeky you can search and do it yourself.
