Hello friends,
I saw one of my friends PC, his name next to the system tray time as follows “11:34 Wilson” that’s pretty interesting so any body can tell me how can I insert my name over there?

How to add my name beside the time in taskbar?
Yes you can insert your name over there using following simple steps:
-
Click on Start Button > Control panel > Regional Settings > Customize > Time.

Under “AM Symbol” type your name here. For an example: “Riky” Please type without double quotes.

Repeat the same for “PM Symbol” also.

Now Click on “Apply” and “OK”.

Now just refresh your desktop and you’ll see your name next to the System tray clock. As follows 11:35 Riky.

Oh that’s fantastic. But I am having a small doubt about this. I hope you would help me with this also.
As you mentioned in your reply, I inserted my name in place of AM Symbol and PM Symbol but how can I Identify whether the current time is AM or PM?

That means you want to show both symbols and then your name there? Ok that also we can do with a small trick.
Just type in place of AM Symbol as follows “AM Riky” And repeat the same thing for PM Symbol also. You can type as “PM Riky”
Give around 3 space between AM and your name as well as for PM and your name then it will show your name separately.
I've attached a snap shot of that window for clear view.

Yes its working and I tried by changing the time for AM and PM and its showing correctly with my name. Anyhow Now I can show my friend that I also did the same.
