My nokia c7 hard disk reset dilemma

I own a Nokia C7 and I have been experiencing problems with it. One of the problems I have experienced with it is the continuous restart whenever I open a specific app which is a photography app which I will not mention of anymore. I tried deactivating and uninstalling the app and my phone worked well after that. But after a few days it did the same for another app. I then decided to perform a nokia c7 hard disk reset. After which, another problem came up and I am unable to download apps for my phone now. Is there a possibility that there was a problem during the hard disk reset process?

Regarding to your problem, about Nokia C7, my response to that is phone settings and security matters.

Does your Nokia C7 have enough space for new apps?

Does it have security software to protect your phone?

There could be a problem in reset process if your phone has a virus.

If you’re experiencing that problem since purchasing that phone, why don’t you try to use the phone's warranty? Nokia Phone warranty is good for 12 months.
