Your system is experiencing some errors upon startup that's why it is prompting you to press F1 to continue to let you know that there is something wrong with your system maybe on hardware and even on software like for example if you missed attaching your keyboard.

To disable this you need to go to your BIOS setup and find the option saying 'halt on error'.

Disable this option and save and exit and would automatically restart your system and hopefully the F1 thing wouldn't bother you again.

Israj,

If your PC requires you to press F1 whenever you restart, it would mean that you might have errors with your keyboard or the motherboard battery that would require you to go into the BIOS setup to either repair the error or set your BIOS to your preferences. This feature protects your BIOS from being corrupted due to hardware failure.

It is hardcoded into the BIOS and there is no switch or control in BIOS setup to remove it. You can however set the chipset settings to ignore any errors at startup, but that would make your BIOS vulnerable to failure.

It would be better for you to locate the error that may be causing the F1 to be pressed. Once the error is corrected you should be able to start your PC normally.

Happy Computing,
