My phone communication device is not working well

Hi,

My wife’s communication device works, while mine does not. Firstly, my wife uses Office 2010 and it is perfectly working on her phone and iPod. On the other hand, I have Windows Professional 2002 and Office Professional 2007 but they both cannot connect to my phone. The application only works if my phone is plugged in. For instance, I have to plug in my phone before I can communicate through my cloud account. Is there anything I am missing on my settings?

My phone communication device is not working well

Hello Marcus,

First you have to ensure that your phone's memory has the capability to hold the windows professional 2002 that you are using without using a lot of memory. The program may too heavy thus making the phone unable to work with it properly.

But if you phone is the same make and type as your wife's, then you can remove the windows professional 2002 on your phone and then install windows 2010 and ms office 2010 because the phone might not be compatible with the version that you are using.
