Looks like you have all the things required. You can make many kinds of steps to solve it and one of them will work perfectly. First go to there, where you install the game after opening the window that you give in the picture, double click on the file called “POP3” mostly it solve the problem. If it does not then try to open the game with xp compatible mode to do this right click on the game icon and go to properties and then click on the top menu called ”compatibility “ the click on the check box left to ”run this program in compatibility mode for” select xp service pack 2.

Most of the games do not run in Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. You have mentioned your operating system but I assumed that you are running in Windows 7 or Windows Vista environment based on the window showed in your screen shoot. Try installing the game using the Windows XP mode of Windows 7 or run the game in Windows XP environment. This might solve your problem.
But to make troubleshooting not so tricky and a waste of time, you may call your games vendor so that they can guide you on installation of the game. Game companies do have support by phone or by web to help their client to figure out arising problem.
Checking the system and hardware requirements of the games may help you also solving the problem.

I played this game before and I also faced the same problem. In order to play it, you have to make sure that you have the complete set of CD. If you don't have it, then try to mount CD using Daemon Tool.
