My printer has duplexing option but it is not working

Why is the duplexing option of my printer not working? My printer comes with a duplexing option and I have enabled the option in the printer setting. But whenever I tried using the duplexing feature on my printer, the feature seems to fail. I only use to see print on the front side of the paper while the back side is always blank.

My printer has duplexing option but it is not working

Printing using duplexing options should also be set in the Applications. If you are using MS Word, go to printing option then select advance. In there, you will find two boxes to check if you would like your printer to enable its duplexing capability. Otherwise, you may want to update your printer drivers that support duplex printing.
