My smartphone not charging properly

Hi there,

I have Nokia Lumia 720 which is not charging properly, the battery indicator does not show any charging progress, after unplugging from the charger, the phone does not last one hour, the charger is working well with another similar device, what could be the problem with my phone? How do I solve it?

Hi !

Reset your phone the factory settings and charge phone while is shut down. If this is not working replace your charger with the same properties as the previous one. The last option would be that you need to replace your phone battery with similar one bought from an Authorized Nokia Dealer located in your area.
