Hi guys,

My Spiral Galaxy M51 has encountered a problem. I have been directed to install it though I have already installed it.

I think it should not be. Look at the screenshot.

Please help to fix it.

My Spiral Galaxy M51 has encountered a problem.

Hallo Jaycelin,

Since you already have the application installed on your computer, you will need to do the following and see if it will help resolve the issue:

• First go to the control panel and uninstall it from there.
• After you are sure that it is completely removed, try running the setup again and see if it will install successfully.
