Hi Experts,
My SRS Audio Sandbox has encountered a problem. It was supposed to provide multi channel audio but look at the error message. I think there is an internal error.
I tried necessary measurement to fix necessary settings but no result.
Please help me.
SRS Audio Sandbox
Cannot render multi-channel audio since the preferred device does notÂ
support more than two channels.
My SRS Audio Sandbox has encountered a problem
Hello Hall,
That could be an issue with the Sound card. There is usually an SRS Audio Sandbox issue with some SoundMax cards. You will therefore need to download the latest version of SRS Audio Sandbox, probably version 1.5.1 or the most latest one in order to correct this issue.

My SRS Audio Sandbox has encountered a problem
I'm getting the same issue using SRS Audio Sandbox v1.10.2.0. I'm using Quadraphonic for my channels (4 Speakers). This is for an on-board audio card using Realtek drivers vR270 64-bit. Initially when I first installed SRS everything worked fine.
But after a reboot, I get this pop up everything. The only thing I may have done before rebooting was change the Default speakers from both SRS and Realtek to just Realtek.
This was because at night I needed to use the preset equalizer Treble. It wouldn't work without doing it.
If so I guess I try reinstalling SRS everything should work again.
That's the only solution I can think of. But there needs to be a fix for sure.
*UPDATE*
Yep. Reinstall SRS Audio Sandbox and choose repair. Should work fine then.
