My updated version does not work in Motorola’s Motoactv

Hi, I have just tried updating my Motorola's Motoactv and I do not know why my Motorola's Bluetooth connectivity is always showing activated even if I am trying to turn it off. Can anyone give a solution to this as soon as possible please?

This problem is really annoying.

My updated version does not work in Motorola’s Motoactv

If this is the first time it happened on your phone after updating it, try restarting it and see if it works. If it still doesn’t, turn it off again then open its back cover then remove its battery. Keep it detached for a couple of minutes to completely discharge your phone from the battery’s charge.

Attach the battery again after a while then start the phone. Check if the problem with its Bluetooth device is still the same or not.

You should also check the settings of your phone’s Bluetooth device. Maybe you overlooked its settings and you thought it was already turned off, but in fact, it is still active all this time.

You can find the Bluetooth settings by going to Settings screen, Wireless, and then Bluetooth. Make sure the option turn off is selected in Bluetooth.
