My Visio 2010 has encountered a problem. I visited the site to find out the reason but failed.

Please help me to solve this issue.

My Visio 2010 has encountered a problem

Hello Dudley,

Have tried updating that add in already? If you haven't then you will need to try that. The adding may be out of date and as a result causing the issue that you are getting right now.

You may also try checking the individual record sets and see if there are details that are missing that may be causing that error.
