National Instruments Software error has occurred

Hello,

I did use the Add/Remove programs from Control Panel when I tried to uninstall the NI programs. And I got Internal Error 2705, Directory (see below). After clicking OK, I then get Installer Error 1603. Have any idea or suggestion to resolve this error? Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Carol,
The error is because the Merge Module dependencies are not defined in Data Socket.

The MSM depends on NIMetaUtils.msm to get the directory information at runtime. Add this MSM to any installer project that are build using Data Socket. If you are using Measurement Studio .Net API for Data Socket, add the MStudioNet.MSM to the project. The added MSM will correct dependencies defined and resolve the error.
