Navisphere agent t used with ESX hosts

My SAN guy is wanting us to install the EMC Navisphere Agent on our ESX 3.5 hosts. Is anyone using this and have any feedback?
I've been trying  to find the compatibility doc from Vmware to see what is approved in the console but darned if I can find the thing.

Navisphere agent t used with ESX hosts

 

Hi there Austin Peter,

 

Even though there is not much documentation about the EMC Navisphere Agent running in VMware, there should be no problems with running it. 

 

I am familiar with several cases where users installed and run the EMC Navisphere Agent (different versions) with no problems at all. Just make sure you are using the Linux version of the software and that you have the port 6389 opened in the esx firewall.
