Need advice on buying laptop

Need to buy laptop, nothing special and no big budget available, looked at two HP Pavillion 15 Ci3 8GB 1 TB and other one Toshiba Satellite C55 15,6 1TB 8GB. Which one is better? Have no idea about computers so need advice. Thanks:-)

Laptop is one of the most powerful portable device for multiple function. There are several facts that depend on buying a good laptop.

• Hardware: It is also very important. If you wish to do normal MS Office tasks, the hardware is not such important. But if you want to perform heavy works, such as, graphics designing, gaming then you will have to buy a high quality hardware laptop.
