Hi, I am a college graduate and am interested to apply to an acting institute. But, they asked me to create a resume. I am not a very tech-savvy person, so can someone guide me on creating an acting resume template for Microsoft Word

Need To Create An Acting Resume Template For Microsoft Word

Hi, you have chosen a good software for starting building your resume. I am assuming you have full access to a computer with Microsoft Word already installed on it. First thing you should do is research about what an acting resume should look like. You can find some interesting resumes here:

This should give you a basic idea. Choose a template you like, download it and open it using Word. Now, just make necessary changes to the resume and fill our your information.

Once you are done, make sure you save it once in a docx format, and once as a pdf format. You need the pdf format to get a good print out and to send it to potential institutes via email, and the docx format in case you want to make any changes later.
