Need a external house design software for Mac OS

I will make this as simple as I can, so you guys will be able to help me easy. I have a computer running on Mac, and I want a external house design software for Mac because I must deliver some projects of design, and since I have Mac now, I wasn't quite able to work very efficient. I did some research, many software out there online but you guys should know exactly what I need. Detailed instructions if possible, would be appreciated.
