Need help in Accenture lync set up

I'm trying to set up accenture and lync on my Nokia Lumia 800 7.5 Mango Windows Phone.  I need to instant message other members most of the time so I think this is the best option for me.  Can someone help in accenture lync set up online?

Lync online support for Lync mobile devices. Users can install Lync on selected devices.

 

Lumia 800 is one of them. 

 

Please check the website, which will guide you step by setup process to set up Lync on your Lumia 8oo.
