Need help with an adaptive server anywhere log

Hi. If I need to record my business log, where can I use adaptive server anywhere log? How to use it for beginners? Please attach instructions. Thanks for the help.

Need help with an adaptive server anywhere log

Hi David,

 

You didn’t mention what platform you are using i.e. is it a Windows Server or Linux based server? Assuming you are using a windows server,  there is an event log file shipped together with the server installation software that provide historical data that can help you track system operations and security issues.

 

Windows Event logging service is running you can track user’s system access and all functional process performed by the system.  To access the event log follow below steps:

Open Computer Management Tool, then access the computer that you want to view its log

Expand the System tool, and then open the Event Viewer. This opens a list of several log, then click the log that you want to view.
