Whitelisting prevents your mails being flagged as a spam or sent to the recipients' junk box.
So, it enables your mails to be delivered to your recipients' inbox.
It includes adding an encrypted message below your actual message.

Hi There!
For you to add a sender or domain to a whitelist you have to go to the Settings link then choose to go to Filters.
Next is you have to Create a new filter and type the desired address/email address under From:
Note: To whitelist all mail from an address for example ending in "yahoo.com",
You have to type the domain name preceded by '@'. for example @yahoo.com
