I have an HP computer which is recently upgraded the RAM to 4 GB. However, recently. I found out that I have been getting a blue screen crash and then reboot which looks like a memory dump issue to me. I think I need help in the events log screen resolution to resolve this.Â

This might be the problem of memory compatibility. If you have more than one modules of Ram then test them by removing one and another (one by one). Also check for the programs that are using big proportion from your memory. Try terminating such services which consumes most of the memory.

Hi Nelson Carter,
This must be a serious problem with your computer. It could be caused by the memory dump, or corrupt memory. Try to restore your computer to an earlier setting. You can do this by clicking start, all programs, accessories, system tools, then system restore. If it is still not working, get your back up CD, or your operating system CD, and reformat your computer as a last resort to solve this problem.
Thank you,Â
