Need help with excel data validation

Hi All!

I want a cell to only have 1-999999 input. Now the error message is set, but what I want is that when an invalid data is entered I could choose to leave the data.

How do I do that?

Error Alert

Error message: The range of invoice numbers is from 1 – 999999.

This is only a check for values in the proper range and does not validate against a list of orders.

Well Jair,

• Just fill the Error Alert information then after that go to the “Setting” Tab.
• In “validation criteria “section select the whole number.
• Now give the minimum and maximum range and Press “ OK” Button.
• Now Enter an invalid number to check that it is working or not.
• You can also check this by entering alphabetic it will also show error.
