Need help on choosing graphics card for gaming
Graphics card are mainly two brands make them NVIDIA and ati(amd) which chip or the gpu and there the boards are made by many brands like xfx asus msi gigabyte etc so as for gaming for a monitor 24 inch you don't need a power hungry monster card for this.
I suggest you buy mid range card brand xfx gigabyte to me good and for chip i prefer ati(amd) because they are bang for buck there are many models out there like HD series 5 and 6 which latest if you want good card for good price buy the ati HD5770 with gddr5 memory 1GB will be enough i think it helps your with your solution

If you want to watch from pc in a high definition than you must have to see that your Motherboard will support the high resolution graphics cards.
The best graphics card will be gigabytes 2gb.
It will give you the crystal clear pictures with a high resolution.
