Need help purchased Nero 12 and Nero video

Hi,

Recently, I purchased Nero 12 Software but I got the following error message when I attempted to start this software.

The error is saying some configuration problem as you can see below.

Can I get the proper instructions to start this software?

I want to use it properly so provide the solution to remove the error.

Hello David

The error that you are receiving is caused by the fact that a C++ runtime component for your OS.

Please access the links I have provided you and download the proper software required based on the Windows that you are using.

Download and install the appropriate one, restart your PC and everything will work just fine.
