I have few flash files regarding windows tutorials now I want to upgrade few enhancement like to open a folder in new pop window by click on folder icon opens a file in when click on file is it possible to edit flash file in swf open a folder with a single click ?

No, it would not be possible to edit flash files in swf to open a folder with a single click.  However, you can download free Flash Decompiler Gold software that will allow you through a single click to convert files to .swf or exe and edit flash files as well.  In addition, the software will help you enhance your flash movies and browse the file path.  For further clarifications and instructions go to Flash Decompiler Gold site.
