Hello Wallace,
Here's what you need to do:
Note: You should make sure that the file you're allowing to connect is really safe and that it is really part of the keylogger. Because you might allow trojans to connect easily.
Thanks.
If you have a keylogger application on your computer, your antivirus will definitely block it and will not allow you to use it. Your antivirus might even delete it since it is among the programs that the antivirus is monitoring for. Antivirus programs consider it as a spyware and will remove any trace of it. It is sometimes called a keystroke logger, system monitor, or key logger.
A keylogger, by definition, can appear as a tiny program or a hardware device that tracks every keystroke of a user on a particular keyboard. If you want to use a keylogger on your computer, you need to add it to your antivirus’ exclusions list so it won’t be monitored by your security program. Here’s how to do it on ESET Smart Security.
Just adapt it on your AVG antivirus. Click on the ESET Smart Security icon on the system tray and select “Advanced setup”.
Expand Computer, “Antivirus and antispyware”, and select Exclusions.
Click Add then navigate to the installation folder of your keylogger. Select the program launcher of your keylogger (EXE) and click OK all throughout. In case your antivirus already deleted your keylogger, disable your antivirus temporarily and then reinstall your keylogger. Once installed, add it to the antivirus’ exclusions list by following the steps above. After adding it, re-enable your antivirus. That should fix the problem.
