The mac mini is small powerful device, It is outstanding piece of hardware, It sports Intel HD Graphics 3000, The base RAM is 2GB, But you can update it upto 8GB,  The Mac Mini packs 500GB of storage, You should buy your own mouse, To use it with the Mac Mini, The Mac Mini runs Mavericks, So you can certainly run Skype on it, But you should buy a webcam, The Mac Mini has four USB ports and SD card slot, So you can Transfer all media from your camera.
