Need to know about centered title bar win7

Ok. I saw a tutorial about centering the title bar text in Windows Vista. Is it possible to do it on Windows 7? I would like to center the title bar in notepad and other applications. It is very good actually to see a centered title bar win7. I will be happy if someone here could teach me on how to do it. Thanks.

Here I have an attachment for you. By this attachment you can easily learn how to centering the title bar text in windows 7. For the centering the title bar text in windows you will need to run windows vista theme in your windows 7 operating system. Otherwise,you can not do this in windows 7.
