Hi all.
Currently, BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0.1 does not support Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit version for mailbox connectivity and synchronization of organizer data such as Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Memos.
The next release of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager provides support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 32-bit version only. This release is targeted for August 2010. Support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit version will be available in 2011.”
What is the meaning of this?
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

Hi,
This error can be caused by one of the following reasons:
1. This error can be caused if your OS is not supported, actually BlackBerry Desktop Manager works only on Windows 2000, Windows® XP, Windows Vista™, and Windows 7.
2. Also it can be caused if your MAPI profile is either damaged or corrupted, to solve this problem you can create a new MAPI profile, you can check the following link for how to create a new MAPI profile: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-an-Outlook-profile-F544C1BA-3352-4B3B-BE0B-8D42A540459D?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US
3. If Synchronization with MS Outlook Connector and Outlook Mobile Service is not supported, you will get this error, Outlook offers two add-ins to support this to functionalities; more information about Microsoft Office Outlook Connector and Outlook Mobile are available at: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/default.aspx
4. This error may also happen if your Outlook version is not supported, for example, if you are using BlackBerry Desktop Manager 5.0 SP1with Outlook 2010 64-bit, you can fix this by downloading the latest version at:https://us.blackberry.com/software/desktop?CPID=OTC-DSKTPSW
Thank you
