Need more info about computer art copy paste for my kiddie books

I am working in a publishing company that sells books for kids. I want to be able to publish a book that has the best illustrations for the kids to have fun with my work. I am using computer art copy paste for pictures and figures but sometimes I lost them. Do I have to install a program or software on my PC to be able to achieve what I really wanted? Is there a software available?

Microsoft Office Publisher is a Publication Program that was designed to deal with Publications. cheerfully it can easily be taught personally. It contains much of the features of Publication.

As you work in a publication company, I kindly advice you to learn this program because it can solve much of your problems.
