Need some help with Zune installation

Hi guys,when I try to install Zune (Music and Video Software) it gives me this error code “

Setup must stop because the required package 'Zune' failed to install ”

I  have no idea about this issue , If anyone has the answer to solve this issue, I would be very grateful

Need some help with Zune installation

Getting the error “Setup must stop because the required package 'Zune' failed to install” message is very annoying however one reason why this occurred is because the updates that are needed by the Zune software were not available when the software was initially installed or downloaded.

To have this resolved, you will need to download all the required updates for the said software in one package. Before downloading the Zune software and updates though, please make sure that you meet all the system requirements for Zune to work properly on your computer. I would suggest that you go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3096659 for the steps to resolve this issue.
