I installed Skype by altigen communication system but cannot understand a few things- especially the call waiting feature.

Can anyone help me with altigen support for call waiting?

Altigen is an amazing company which helps in developing enterprise applications. These are designed such that they make many Microsoft applications better to use and optimize them for working. I will explain how to use call waiting on Skype:

First thing you have to do is enable the feature of call waiting. You can do this through the altiware administrator tab.

Then, whenever a call comes while you’re on another call, just remember that the system will beep 3 times, so do not cut the ongoing call. Just wait for the new call to go to call waiting.
